1. General Information
Phinisea is a travel service provider specializing in Komodo Island, Raja Ampat, Lombok, and other Indonesian destinations. All bookings, payments, and communications made through our official website or authorized partners are governed by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Booking Policy
- All bookings must be made through our official website or via authorized Phinisea representatives.
- To confirm your reservation, a minimum deposit of 50% of the total package price is required.
- The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before departure.
- Bookings are only considered valid once payment has been received and confirmed by our team.
3. Payment Methods
Phinisea accepts payments via:
- Bank Transfer (IDR)
- Credit Card / Online Payment Gateway (where available)
All transaction fees and currency conversion charges are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Pricing
- All prices listed on the Phinisea website are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless stated otherwise.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in fuel costs, government taxes, or park entrance fees.
- Once a booking is confirmed, the agreed price will not change except for adjustments related to external mandatory fees (e.g., National Park fees).
5. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the departure date are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made within 30 days before departure are non-refundable.
- No refunds will be issued for unused services, early check-out, or no-shows.

6. Itinerary Changes
- Itineraries are subject to change due to weather conditions, port regulations, or safety concerns.
- Phinisea reserves the right to modify the route or schedule to ensure guest safety and comfort.
- Any changes will be communicated to guests as soon as possible.
7. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are expected to:
- Follow all safety instructions given by the crew and guide.
- Have valid travel insurance covering health, accidents, and trip cancellations.
- Inform Phinisea of any medical conditions or dietary restrictions prior to departure.
- Respect the marine environment and local regulations during the trip.
8. Liability Disclaimer
Phinisea and its affiliates are not liable for any loss, injury, delay, or damage caused by:
- Natural disasters, weather conditions, or government regulations
- Accidents, negligence of third parties, or force majeure events
- Personal negligence or failure to follow crew instructions
All guests participate in activities at their own risk.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Phinisea website — including logos, photos, text, and design — is the property of Phinisea and protected by copyright law. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be settled through negotiation and, if necessary, legal action in the jurisdiction of Indonesia.
