Cancellation
Participant Cancellation
If a participant cancels, the payment made cannot be refunded, rescheduled, or moved to another trip. However, participants may find a replacement person to take their place.
Force Majeure
In force majeure (natural disasters, bad weather, riots, disease outbreaks, government regulations, or other coercive conditions), the trip may be changed or canceled without refund for participants, and Phinisea is not liable for any losses or inconvenience caused. (Force majeure refers to events beyond human control that prevent activities from being carried out properly).
Late Arrival
Participants who arrive late at the meeting point, causing an extension of the itinerary, inconvenience to other participants, or other disruptions, are considered to have resigned from the trip with no refund.
We are not responsible for the terms and conditions set forth by any other company.
